Patient. 58 year ole female was admitted following an episode of atrial fibrillation with rapid vertricular rate. She is known to have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with significant LV outflow tract obstruction. Patient has history of chest pain but cardiac catheterization revealed unremarkable coronary arteries.
