Early Repolarization (Case 1)
Patient. 30 yo male who was seen in ER for bilateral pleuritic chest pain. Initial work up for cardiac and GI were all negative. Follow up ECG showed no change.

ECG characteristic:
 - Incidence of 1-2 % in general population.
 - Seen more in young male.
 - ST elevation with concave ST segment and may associate with peak T wave.
 - More distinct J point
 - More frequent in precordial leads and may have reciprocal change in aVR.
 - No PR shift as in pericarditis.
 - Stable pattern.
