  1 = ST elevation
  2 = Peak T wave

Early Repolarization (Case 2) , With Peak T wave
Patient. 63 yo male was seen in ER with balance problem. Subsequent diagnosis was benign positional vertigo. There was no abnormal electrolyte. There was no chest pain or clinical diagnosis of pericarditis.

ECG characteristic of early repolarization
 - Incidence of 1-2 % in general population.
 - Seen more in young male.
 - ST elevation with concave ST segment and may associate with peak T wave.
 - More distinct J point
 - More frequent in precordial leads and may have reciprocal change in aVR.
 - No PR shift as in pericarditis.
 - Stable pattern.

Peak T wave in this case is also a normal variation.
