| Stage 3 evolving pattern with decreasing ST elevation and T wave inversion is in transitional position. QS pattern and lost of R wave amplitude in anterior leads. |
| Patient. 56 year old male was brought into ER about 2 hours after onset of severe substernal chest pain associated with shortness of breath. ECG revealed pattern of acute antero-lateral MI, He immediately underwent direct PCI/stent procedure to the complete occluded proximal LAD. |
