Acute antero-lateral MI
ST elevation in V3-V6, I aVL. It also present in V2 in this case. Reciprocal ST depression in III, aVF and II. Initial Q wave formation anteriorly.
Evoving antero-lateral MI. 8 hours following direct PCI/stent procedure for acute ST elevation MI.
Stage 3 evolving pattern with decreasing ST elevation and T wave inversion is in transitional position. QS pattern and lost of R wave amplitude in anterior leads.
Patient. 56 year old male was brought into ER about 2 hours after onset of severe substernal chest pain associated with shortness of breath. ECG revealed pattern of acute antero-lateral MI, He immediately underwent direct PCI/stent procedure to the complete occluded proximal LAD.
